How do you package and present food for in-flight dining?

We use industry standard atlas trays and bowls. All food is presented to be aesthetically pleasing; where there is no hostess on a lighter jet the tray can be served directly to the passenger.

How quickly can you fulfil a private jet order?

We have turned around requests in as little as 12hrs but as much notice as possible is preferred, particularly if items within the menu take time to source.

We deliver 24/7 to the airports listed above.

Are your dishes designed for reheating on board?

Hot food is delivered in foil dishes or foil lined bags suitable for on board reheating. In transit, hot food travels in a polystyrene box.

Can you prepare meals that follow specific lifestyle diets (keto, halal, etc.)?

Do you cater for children?

We do indeed! We provide a comprehensive selection of balanced meals for children. Those 12yrs and under also include a Crayola Mess Free colouring set with invisible pens so your upholstery is safe. Please let us know the age of the children at the point of booking.

Can you provide a personal shopping service for non food items such as newspapers, magazines, toiletries, cleaning products etc?

Yes absolutely, please provide a list and we will endeavour to provide additional items.

How do you handle last-minute or same-day flight changes?

Cancellations within 24hrs of the delivery time will result in 100% payment. For last minute additions or changes please contact us, we are confident that we can accommodate.
